Responsibilities

As our receptionist, you will become the face and voice of our office, setting the tone for future interactions. Given the significance of this role, having excellent interpersonal skills and an equitable attitude will be paramount.  The ability to multitask effectively will also be critical; think online meeting, open spreadsheet, incoming phone call, and a waiting visitor, all at the same time! This role will require 5 days a week in office presence.

 

  • Meet and greet visitors and ensure their needs are addressed
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate department/person
  • Perform routine clerical office duties
  • Maintain electronic filing systems
  • Deliver & pickup computer equipment from IT vendor
  • Coordinate, order, and maintain office supply needs for all departments
  • Maintain all record keeping and completed certifications for all training classes
  • Responsible for all outgoing & incoming mail which can include trips to the post office and/or shipping centers
  • Maintain records for all company issued equipment and assist in equipment return
  • Coordinate with appropriate vendors for repair/replacement of company common use equipment

 

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Notary or willing to become one
  • Experience in a customer service-related role
  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including use of phone
  • Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to complete routine errands away from office
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities to meet expected response deadlines
  • Ability to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Medford, New Jersey (this is not a remote position)
