Bilingual Safety Specialist | Homestead, FL

The Safety Specialist supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings, audits, and inspections
• Monitor PPE use and enforce safety standards
• Complete incident reports and investigations
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment

• 5–7 years of commercial construction safety experience
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR required
• Strong knowledge of LOTO and general construction safety standards
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Additional certifications (NFPA 70e, OSHA 510/500) a plus
