HazTek is spotlighting Safety Professional Carl Johnson who joined our team this year. Carl is retired from the U.S. Army as the Chief Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Instructor for Fort Wainwright and Fort Richardson, Alaska. He has traveled to and/or lived and worked in Germany, Japan, France, Korea, Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, West Berlin, the UAE, Egypt, London, Istanbul, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Dubai (over 20 times), Hawaii, Alaska, and throughout the U.S.

Additionally, Carl was the Health and Safety Supervisor for TV Shows/Movies on Netflix, Oxygen Channel, and “The Walking Dead” for seasons 10 and 11 — check the credits! He hired his wife as the Lead Nurse because she loved the show and made her dream come true! We’re thrilled to have you on the team, Carl!
