HazTek is spotlighting Safety Professional Felicia Boyd who joined our team this year. As a Safety Manager, Felicia’s passion lies in promoting health and wellness on the job. What she loves most about her role is being part of a culture shift—from safety being overlooked to becoming a true priority. She says there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing people begin to value their well-being and make safer choices.

Felicia is a hardworking mother of two and enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, casting a line on a peaceful day of fishing, getting lost in a good book, traveling to new places, and enjoying great food.
