Congratulations to Safety Professional Chad Florentine who was recently honored as HazTek’s Employee of the Month for February 2021! Chad was nominated by Inside Sales Representative Tricia Colman who praised Chad for exhibiting HazTek’s Core Values — Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Support, and Accountability — while on his project at a water treatment plant in New York. Tricia shared accolades for Chad from our client who complimented Chad’s work ethic and drive by saying, “Chad embraces all of his tasks, performs them at a very high level, and looks to improve them as he progresses through the project. Chad has become such a part of the team that we don’t want to fail him and we gladly make sure that we follow all of the safety rules. I cannot express how important this is in the COVID era and the many differing opinions surrounding the safety requirements like masks.
