Congratulations to Consulting & Compliance Analyst Jen Warholak who was recently honored as one of HazTek’s Employees of the Month for June 2021! Jen offers support to our Consulting team and, for the past year, she has been working directly with our clients, managing their third-party prequalification support programs. Jen was nominated by Inside Sales Representatives Tricia Colman and Pat Moran who are thrilled with the service that Jen provides to our clients. Tricia praised Jen by saying, “Jen has done an outstanding job of providing exceptional service with her account support and maintenance of over 150 accounts. She takes the time to learn and to educate — both our clients and me — while quickly resolving any issues that may affect our clients' grades. Our customers could not be happier with her dedication and commitment.” Pat also applauded Jen’s work, saying “Jen has a special ability to connect with clients, lower their frustration levels with pressing situations, and show sensitivity and concern with each client issue. Building client relationships is what makes HazTek a trusted resource. Last year was a difficult year for most, but Jen took on the challenge and has greatly improved one of HazTek’s services!” Pat also added, “Jen has always exhibited the kind of professionalism and positivity that is infectious in the office.”
