Congratulations to Safety Professional Juan Rangel who was recently honored as HazTek’s Employee of the Month for August 2020! Juan was nominated by Strategic Accounts Operations Manager Jeff Mylott and Strategic Accounts Safety Coordinator Aaron Wolfe. Jeff commended Juan for his performance excellence, saying that his “enthusiasm and dedication to work in any location, for any client — in spite of the current challenges that face our company, our clients, and the world — have made a true impact to our continued success and client relationships.” Jeff elaborated further by saying “We have taken note of and appreciate his high-level of proficiency in handling the tasks assigned to him, his dedication to providing value, his communication skills, and his humble behavior with all the client staff members and subcontractors.”

Aaron also praised Juan, saying that he has been very informative and helpful. “I have always wondered what it would be like to work with a company that truly supports the cooperation and knowledge between all who work there. Juan has shown me that there are companies out there — like HazTek — that will not only help you when you are in need of assistance, but also treat you as a family member, if not better.”

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Juan was presented with his award through a virtual Zoom meeting with Jeff Mylott and Director of Strategic Accounts C.J. Beysselance. After the virtual presentation, Juan’s award was mailed to him at his location in Washington.
