Congratulations to Safety Professional Marc Adam who was recently honored as HazTek’s Employee of the Month for January 2021! Marc was nominated by colleague Jake Colletti who has found Marc to be a natural leader. Jake says, “Marc is fair, but firm, when enforcing our client’s policies and he’s not afraid to stop work when it comes to safety. He is a team player, always backing his team 100%.” Jake went on to praise Marc by adding, “Marc knows how to put together and review a JSA like nobody else. With his knowledge of the site’s standards and his expertise for detail while reviewing a JSA, we can be assured that once Marc approves it, the job task will be done safely.” Our client has also commended Marc by saying, “Marc continues to grow into this Safety Manager role. We had a very successful 2020 and, while it was a team effort, Marc really put the safety program on his back and carried it along. I’d like to see him recognized for his efforts.”
