Congratulations to Safety Professional O’Neil Johnson who was recently honored as HazTek’s Employee of the Month for July 2021! O’Neil was nominated by Quality Assurance Manager Chuck Dornisch who praised O’Neil by saying, “O’Neil has excelled at developing a great relationship with our client and with the workers [on the project that he’s been assigned to since last year]. He has earned the respect of the project teams and received positive reviews from the staff.” Chuck also shared accolades from our client who said, “O’Neil has done extremely well in managing the project for the safety of our personnel.” Our client has also applauded some of the management practices that O’Neil has implemented to make things more organized and efficient. After meeting with O’Neil and witnessing interactions between O’Neil and the personnel on site, Chuck praised O’Neil further, saying “O’Neil keeps track of everything and everyone on his projects. The interactions that I witnessed was evidence of the respect that the workers have for him. O’Neil is an excellent example of a Safety Professional, and he gives meaning — through his words and actions — to HazTek’s Core Values and Mission Statement.”
