Congratulations to Safety Professional Rob Silvey who was recently honored as one of HazTek’s two Employees of the Month for September 2022! Rob was nominated by Operations Manager Tom Schultz who commended Rob for being an exemplary employee and a true asset to one of HazTek’s most important clients. Tom praised Rob by saying, “Over the last several years, Rob has earned the respect and admiration of those he works with, especially our client’s representatives.” Tom continued, “Rob volunteers and actively participates on committees and work groups for our client, furthering the excellent reputation of HazTek with our client.”

om shared one of Rob’s accomplishments, which included significantly improving safety KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) at one of our client’s facilities — our client was so impressed with Rob’s work that they requested that he take over as the safety lead at their headquarters in New Jersey.
