Congratulations to Safety Professional Carl Weingroff who was recently honored as HazTek’s Employee of the Month for February 2024! Carl was nominated by fellow Safety Professional Frank Clemente, who commended Carl for his continued dedication to overall site safety at our client’s site. Frank explained that Carl has been part of the emergency response team on the client’s site and always is the first to respond during an emergency call. Frank went on to say, “On January 24th, 2024 there was an offsite structure fire close to the Bristol Myers Squibb New Brunswick campus. Before receiving a call, Carl was the first one to initiate the response team and was acting as the Incident Commander during this time. The Incident Commander is responsible for the overall management of the incident and determine the immediate actions needed to control the situation. With his immediate response and acting as the IC the New Brunswick facility was protected from any damage to any building as it was protected by Carl’s immediate response.”
