Congratulations to Safety Professional Austin Edwards who was recently honored as one of HazTek’s Employee of the Month for July 2023! Austin was nominated by fellow Safety Professional David Pruske who commended Austin’s outstanding relationship with all of the workers on site — including the owner’s management team, General Contractor’s management team, and the safety team. In his praise for Austin, David said, “Austin has special way of communicating with the workers when he identifies an unsafe action or issue. Austin discusses the issue with the worker or the crew to help them identify what’s wrong. [He then walks] them through the correct way to get the task performed safely.”
