Congratulations to Safety Professional Juan Rangel who was recently honored as one of HazTek’s Employees of the Month for June 2023! Juan was nominated by Operations Manager Jeff Mylott, who praised Juan for being an outstanding employee for our client. Jeff provided a letter from our client, which read, “Juan has a stage presence that captivates the audience. The workforce is predominately Hispanic and although I do not speak Spanish, Juan frequently translates from Spanish to English and vice versa. [In addition,] his nonverbal communication skills strengthen his delivery of safety messages at our daily meetings.” The client goes on to write, “[Juan’s] attitude and accountability for maintaining a safe workplace reflect [well on] himself and his organization.”
