Safety Professional Jay Fonville recently shared photos from a safety meeting in the House of Representatives in Austin, Texas. The meeting included 25 Safety Professionals from the top Safety Management companies from across the nation. They spent the morning with House State Representatives from multiple districts and discussed the new state laws that were recently passed and how they could impact the workforce. They also discussed other concerns that impact occupational safety — as well as new safety legislation — and were asked for their professional opinions.

Charles “Doc” Anderson and the other State Representatives presented Jay with a Texas state flag and a certification of recognition to thank and honor HazTek for keeping the state of Texas safe.
