This week, HazTek is featuring several of our employees who have served — or continue to serve — in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Senior Safety Professional Kevin Ellicott retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Chief Warrant Officer. Kevin spent 24 years in the Marine Corps and was deployed overseas several times. On Dec 11, 2004, while conducting a reconnaissance patrol outside the city of Ramadi, Iraq, Kevin’s vehicle was struck by an IED and Kevin was knocked unconscious and suffered a traumatic brain injury. In 2020, Kevin was awarded a Purple Heart medal, one of America’s highest military decorations.

We are privileged to work with all of our veterans and we appreciate the significant contributions that they bring to our company. Thank you for your service, Kevin.
