This week, HazTek is featuring several of our employees who have served — or continue to serve — in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Safety Professional Milani Johnson served as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army for nine years. After graduating from high school, Milani enlisted in the Army where she moved through the ranks quickly. She was accepted into Virginia State University’s ROTC program and was commissioned in the top 10% of her class as Second Lieutenant and served as a Logistics Officer. Milani learned discipline, how to effectively communicate with colleagues, and attention to detail from her time in the military, which have all been extremely valuable in her safety career.
