In our recent HazTek Safety-In-Review e-newsletter, we featured an article from EHS Today titled, “Safety Tips for Aging Construction Workers.” The article states that 45% of construction workers were 45 and older, thus becoming more at risk for injuries. Some of the safety tips listed in the article include training workers for leadership positions and pairing younger workers with older workers to alleviate the stress of some of the more physically demanding tasks.
