Happy Memorial Day weekend! Since it’s the unofficial start of the summer season, we hope that you enjoy the long weekend and have a chance to spend time with family and friends.

While planning your activities for the holiday, be sure to take time to remember all of the members of the United States military who fought and died in service. Memorial Day was created as a day of remembrance, and we continue to observe the occasion by paying respect to all our fallen heroes.

The National Moment of Remembrance Act encourages Americans to pause at 3 p.m. local time each Memorial Day to remember the brave men and women who have died while serving our great country.
