Safety Week and the National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction were two construction safety events held last week, May 3 – 7th, to help raise safety awareness in the construction industry.

Thank you to HazTek Safety Professional Leslie Blankenbiller for all of her work in organizing a safety stand-down event at our client’s site in Branchburg, New Jersey, last week. HazTek Senior Account Executive Kevin Ridge and HazTek Quality Assurance Manager Sue Stager also provided support for the stand-down, which included demonstrations by Frank Conidi from Honeywell Fall Protection and Chris Henze from Stanley Black & Decker.

HazTek is proud to have led safety stand-down events last week — on our clients’ behalf — at various job sites and work locations throughout the U.S.
