The focus on their site this week is the theme "Value Every Voice," emphasizing the importance of listening, encouraging, and empowering every team member to actively participate in enhancing safety. Some of the key points the safety teams are focusing on are:

• Leadership and participation in safety
• Importance of a supportive environment
• Continuous improvement and empowerment
