Women in Construction Week (WIC Week) celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) first created WIC Week in 1998 and the event continues to grow each year. The theme for this year’s WIC Week is “Many Paths, One Mission” which celebrates the different journeys women have taken toward the same goal: strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry.
