We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Atlanta, GA who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing general contractors highly preferred. Supervise project superintendents, foremen, and crews to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and timelines. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, conducting regular safety audits and meetings to maintain a safe work environment. Review and approve work progress, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with contract documents and quality standards. Resolve any field issues that may arise, including scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or technical challenges. Oversee labor, equipment, and material usage to ensure optimal efficiency and cost control.
