The key functions of the Quality Assurance Coordinator are to provide administrative support to managers, consultants, and field safety staff.
- Act as primary point of contact for the field team - involves proactively reaching out to team members as well as receiving calls when issues are encountered in the field
- Assist team with project startup logistics including creating of work order, site access, needed equipment, monitors, training materials, etc.
- Create profiles (summary resume) for new employees while maintaining them as team members begin and ends projects
- Maintain and update tracking sheets and systems for the purposes of maintaining metrics, deliverables, consulting look-ahead, tracking timeframes and expirations.
- Process time and expense from field employees while being able to resolve questions and issues related to them
- Track and update certifications to help personnel stay current with training and certifications. Use various tools as needed e.g. ISNetWorld
- Budgeting and negotiation logistics for travel
- Arrange travel as needed and provide assistance as travel plans change. Ability to search for travel discounts and book travel well enough in advance to ensure reduced travel expense
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
- Ensure all databases are up to date with clear, detailed notes.
