Responsibilities

Immediate Need for a Sourcing Recruiter in Medford, NJ. 

 

The Sourcing Recruiter is a dedicated resource supporting our operations.  This position ensures that the geographically based pipelines are filled with qualified candidates who are available and ready to on-board on short notice.

Responsibilities:
• Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers, and to fill open positions.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.
• Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting efforts based on varying criteria.
• Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to attract active and passive job seekers.
• Coordinate daily with Operations on projected sourcing needs.
• Prescreen candidates based on role qualifications and desired experience.
• Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage and coordinate jobs and candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, as needed.
• Create candidate professional profiles for presentation to customers, as needed.
• Assist with projects and tasks, as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience with high-volume, full-service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as the primary function.
• Two (2) years of proven experience in a sales-oriented service role, communicating directly with decision-makers or influences.
• Experience using a variety of current, efficient, and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems, as well as social media platforms.

 

Preferred Education and Experience:


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.
• Construction industry knowledge and/or technical safety background.
• One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of ICIMS and/or other ATS systems.
• Ability to operate in fast fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Aptitude for balancing many priorities and still meet deadlines.
• Must be able to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.


Work Schedule and Location:


• This is a hybrid role with at least 1-2 days in our Corporate Office in Medford, New Jersey, and remote the rest of the week.
• Work schedule is generally 8am to 5pm.
• Some periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
