The Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager will work at the direction of the Associate Director, and support project team as necessary to execute and deliver the New Research Center in Foster City. The primary responsibility of the EH&S Manager is to support the project team as necessary to complete all project scope objectives to align with existing Environmental Health and Safety standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Participate in project meetings, such as Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) meetings, design meetings
• Support permitting process for all related environmental permitting and waste generation coordination during the lifecycle of the project
• Coordinate and manage daily activities during construction, start up and commissioning
• Review documents and RFI submittals
• Review Hazardous Monitoring System (HMS) Systems and programming
• Performwaste analysis and program design
• Coordinate closely with project team
• Coordinate with all owner vendors, including Design team, general contractors and all other vendors
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities
