HazTek Safety Management is seeking an HSE Administrative Coordinator to support a large-scale construction project. This role provides administrative, documentation, and reporting support to the on-site HSE team. Safety field experience is not required; however, familiarity with HSE documentation and compliance processes is preferred. Provide administrative and documentation support to the project HSE team Maintain and update HSE records, policies, procedures, and site documentation Enter, track, and report safety data including project hours, SORs, incidents, and injury rates Support compliance recordkeeping, audits, and reporting requirements Coordinate meetings, trainings, calendars, and site logistics Prepare reports, presentation materials, and meeting minutes Support HSE software systems (PIMS, Intelex) and data accuracy Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
