This Sunday, most of the continental U.S. will “spring forward” by turning the clocks ahead one hour. While it’s nice to have more sunlight in the evening, the hour loss disrupts your circadian rhythm and it can take your body up to a week to adjust to the new times for sleeping, eating, and various activities. She decided to make this move to be with her ex-husband who worked as a construction safety professional. HazTek Safety Professional Connie Rogers has been in the construction industry for almost 20 years, starting in this field after her children were grown. Her husband, Mark, traveled 9 months out of the year as a general foreman and assistant superintendent. He worked in the mechanical piping department within the power plant industry and Connie didn’t want to be at home alone.
